Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup apple, grated
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 eggs, separated and at room temperature
- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
- Melted butter
- Vegetable oil
- Powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine cheese-cinnamon. Blend in yolks.
2. Beat whites and cream of tartar until stiff but not dry. Fold ¼ of whites into batter; then fold in remaining whites.
3. Heat large skillet or griddle in medium heat. Film with butter and oil. Drop batter by ¼ cup, cook on both sides until brown. Dust with powdered sugar.
Notes: Delicious!! Healthy and very easy.
