• Cake:
• 1/2 Cup Shortening
• 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
• 2 Beaten Eggs
• 1 Cup Thick Apple Sauce
• 2 Cups Cake flour
• 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
• 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
• 1/2 Teaspoon Baking soda
• 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
• 1/2 Teaspoon Cloves
• 1 Cup chopped raisins
• Cookies alteration:
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1 3/4 Cup Flour
• 1/2 Teaspoon salt
• 1 Cup Bran
