- 1 POUND GROUND BEEF
- 1 CUP COOKED MINUTE RICE
- 1/4 ONION CHOPPED
- 1 SLIGHTLY BEATEN EGG
- DAH OF SALT
- DASH OF PEPPER
- 1 CAN TOMATO SOUP

1. COOK CABBAGE LEAVES SUST TILL SOFTENED
2. COMBINE GROUND BEEF, COOKED RICE, ONION, EGG, SALT AND PEPPER, WITH ONE TABLESPOON TOMATO SOUP
3. DIVIDE MIXTURE AMOUNG CABBAGE LEAVES AND ROL UP SECURE WITH TOOTHPICK
4. PLACE IN LARGE SKILLET AND COVER WITH REMAINING TOMATO SOUP SIMMER COVERED FOR 1 HOUR
