Party Mix

Ingredients

• Plus any of the following:
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1/4 c. corn syrup
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 1 tsp Soda
• 12 oz. Box Crispix or Corn Chex
• 2 c. peanuts
• 8 oz. Pretzels
• 8 oz. M&M's

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in microwave, one minute on high. Add syrup & brown sugar. Mix well. Microwave for two min. on high. Then add 1 tsp. Vanilla & 1 tsp. Soda. Mix well. Then pour over 12 oz box crispix or corn chex in brown grocery bag. Shake well.
Microwave on high 1 ½ min. Shake.
Microwave second time for 1 ½ min.
Stir as it cools.
May add 2 c. peanuts, 8 ox. Pretzels or 8 oz M&M's. Store in tight container.
