- 16 oz Mushoorms (various types)
- 1 bunch Gr Onions
- 4 C Chicken Broth
- 1 T thyme
- 1 t Old Bay
- 2 Cloves garlic pressed
- S & P
- Tobasco
- Flour
- Butter/olive oil
- 1/4 C half & half

Step 1
Chop Fine - 80% of mushrooms
Saute- onions, garlic, in 2T evoo and 2T butter
Add - Mushrooms and saute until moist
Add - 3 T flour and whisk until thickened
Slowly Add - Broth and keep whisking
Add - seasonings and half & half
Whisk - to desired thickness
