Ingredients
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) Condensed beef broth
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. light soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 tsp. Red food color
- 2 lbs. boneless chicken, cut in strips

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover & chill over night or for at least 4 hrs.
Preheat oven to 450º f. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum goil. Place chicken strips on baking sheet, discarding remaining marinade.
Bake for 10 min. Turn chicken over & bake for 10 more min. or until no pink remains. Serve immediately.
