Ingredients
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, cubed
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce OR lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 pkg. (6 oz.) frozen crabmeat, thawed, drained, & flaked

Step 1
Saute onion & green pepper in butter till tender. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese & stir till smooth. Mix in seasonings & gently stir in crabmeat. Chill. To serve warm, heat through but do not boil. Makes about 2 ¼ c..
