Ingredients
- 2 jalapeno chili peppers, drained (reserve 1 T. liquid)
- 1 jar (16 oz.) process cheese spread
- 1 jar (4 oz.) pimiento, drained & chopped

Step 1
Remove stems, seeds, & membrane from peppers; chop peppers.
In earthenware fondue pot, combine peppers, cheese spread, & pimiento.
Heat, stirring constantly, till cheese melts.
Stir in reserved liquid. Makes 2 c..
