Ingredients

1 1/2 C cottage cheese
1 1/2 C sour cream
2 eggs
24 oz coarsley shredded cheddar cheese
2 C cooked elbow macaroni
2 C cooked ribbed pasta (penne)
Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a 13x9" pan. Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Transfer to greased pan. Bake until golden and crusty. About 40 minutes.
