Ingredients
- 3 1/2 C confectioners sugar
- 1 C unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 C (1 1/2 sticks) butter, room temperature
- 1/2 C milk at room temperature
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Step 1
Sift together sugar and cocoa powder. Place butter in the bowl of an electric mixer. Slowly add in sugar mixture alternating with milk. Add vanilla. Beat until fluffy.
