Honey Chipotle BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp. molasses
- 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 to 3 tsp. chipotle power (depending on how spice you want it)
- 4 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 to 2 tsp. cayenne
- 1 tsp. dry mustard powder
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Stir mixture together and bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes.
Will thicken up and become sticky as it cools, may thin with a little water, a tbsp. at a time until it reaches desired consistence. Store in refrigerator. I freeze mine, does not freeze solid. Just take out of freezer and scoop out amount you want to use.
