Ingredients

  • 10 oz large marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 5 1/2 cups rice crispies
  • 1 1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup butterscotch chips

Step 1

Grease a 15x10x1 inch jelly role pan. In a large bowl, microwave the marshmallows, butter and peanut butter. Watch carefully, microwave for about 2 minutes, stir until well blended. Stir in cereal until well coated. Spread on pan. Let sit for about a half hour, take crispies out of pan. Microwave butterscotch and chocolate chips, stir until blended and melted. Spread on crispies. Roll up jelly roll fashion, press seam side down. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set; cut into slices.
