  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbs sugar
  • 2-1/2 cups heavy cream

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425.

In a bowl, stir together the dry ingredients. Add the cream and stir until no lumps remain.

For each biscuit, drop 1/4 cup batter onto an ungreased baking sheet, spacing biscuits about 1 inch apart. Bake until the tops are pale golden brown and bottoms are golden brown. 15- 18 minutes.
