Ingredients
- 1 tsp grainy Mustard, rounded
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 tbsp EVOO
- 6 to 8 oz. mixed Baby Greens
- Salt & Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1.) Combine mustard & vinegar in the bottom of a bowl. Strem in EVOO, whisking dressing as oil is added.
2.) Add greens to bowl. Toss & turn greens with tongs to evenly coat them with dressing. Season with salt & pepper, to taste.
