Ingredients
- Granulated Sugar - 1/3 cup
- Canola Oil - 1/3 cup
- Eggs - 3
- Pumpkin - 1 15-oz can
- Yellow Cake Mix - 1 box (18.25 Oz)
- Pumpkin Pie Spice - 3 teaspoons
- Cream Cheese, softened - 12 ounces
- Unsalted Butter, Softened - 2 sticks
- Confectioner's Sugar - 2 cups
- Pure Maple Syrup - 1/4 cup

Step 1
CAKE:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9×13 cake pan or 15×10 jelly roll. In a large bowl, combine sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin. Beat together on low until combined. Add cake mix and spice and mix on medium high for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased pan and bake for 25-35 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool completely.
FROSTING:
Mix cream cheese and butter together until creamy. Add powdered sugar and maple syrup, whipping on low until moist then whipping on high for a couple minutes. Frost and cut into bars. Store in the refrigerator.
