- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons Crisco® Pure Olive Oil
- 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (16 ounces) fat-free refried beans
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes, cut up
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Step 1
In a large saucepan, saute the onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until tender. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
