Ingredients
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Bring mixture to simmer on medium heat and stir while cooking for 8-10 minutes. Mix with wire whisk until smooth. Add vanilla. Serve warm over peppermint stick ice cream. Makes 1 pint
