Ingredients
- 2-2/3 C. whole-wheat flour
- 1 C. white flour
- 2-1/2 Tbs. bran
- 1 Tbs. soy flour
- 1-1/2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast
- 2 C. lukewarm water

Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Pour in the water and mix. Put the mixture into a bread machine basket (2 lb. capacity) and set it to the whole-wheat bread cycle (4 1/2 hours). The bread, when done, just about fills the basket. Too much yeast and it can overflow.
