Ingredients
- 6 T salted butter plus more for pan
- 1 bag (10.5 oz) mini marshmallows
- 6 c rice krispie cereal
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c heavy cream

Step 1
Heat the cream, without allowing it to boil.
Put the sugar in a pan over low heat. Mix with a wooden spoon until it becomes caramel. Add 3 T butter, mix well.
When mixed, add cream and stir til you have a uniform mixture. Stir occasionally.
Put 3 T of butter in a saucepan, simmer til melted. Add the marshmallows and melt, mix constantly.
When melted, add the caramel and turn burner off. Stir until everything is well blended.
Place the cereal in a bowl and pour mixture over all and mix until well blended.
Pour the mixture into a well buttered pan. 9x13. Its very sticky so you might use baking paper to press it into the pan.
