- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2-3 (I used 3) jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup hot or mild pepper jelly, divided

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine first 4 ingredients, 2/3 of the crumbled bacon and 1/4 cup pepper jelly in a medium bowl; mix with mixer on low until well blended. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish.
Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top with remaining pepper jelly and bacon.
Serve immediately or at room temperature.
