Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Lean Ground beef
- 1/2 Green pepper, diced
- 1/2 Medium onion, minced
- 1/2 Pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 Can Tomato soup
- 12 Hamburger buns

Directions
Cut donut hole out of top of each hamburger bun. Leave 1/2 inch ring of bun. Put two pieces of bun back together.
Brown hamburger with green pepper and onion. Add cheese and soup and stir until cheese melts. Fill the hole in hamburger bun with mixture.
Wrap each in tinfoil. Bake 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. This recipe freezes beautifully.
