Ingredients

• 3 cups old fashioned oats
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp coarse salt
• 1 cup light brown sugar packed
• 1 cup white sugar
• 2 sticks marg.
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups salted whole peanuts
• 2 cups semi-sweet baking chocolate(12 0z)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Stir dry dry ingredients separately. Set aside. Beat sugar and marg.and peanut butter until pale and fluffy.Mix in eggs one at a time add vanilla extract. Reduce speed to low. Add rest of ingred. until just combined. Add nuts and chocolate last. Bake 13-15 min.
