- 4 boneless pork loins
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 c fresh basil leaves, packed and cut
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 2 Ts EVOO
- 1 t. course sea salt
- 1/2 t. fresh black pepper

Step 1
Combine ingredients and add to plastic bag with pork loins. Let stand 15 - 30 minutes. Spread basil mix on both sides before grilling. Pllace over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side, Rest 3 minutes.
