Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 9 level tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water

Preparation

Step 1

Generously grease a 12 cup bundt cake pan. Preheat oven to 350 f. degrees.

Cream butter with peanut butter and sugar until light
and fluffly. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addtion. Stir in cocoa and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt, add to creamed mixture, alternately with water. Mixing well after each addition. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
