Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup H2O
  • 1/2 cup granulated Sugar
  • 6 tbsp dark Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh Ginger, grated
  • 6 Chicken Breasts
  • 28 oz. fresh Yakisoba noodles
  • 1 Lrg Carrot, finely julienned
  • 1 Lrg yellow Onioin, finely julienned

Step 1

1.) Marinated chicken: In a Med. bowl, mix together soy sauce, H2O, sugar, 2 tbsp sesame oil, garlic & ginger. Place the chicken in a plastic bag and add 6 tbsp of soy sauce mixture; close bag & marinate in refrig for 24 hours. Reserve remaining soy sauce mixter for cooking with noodles.
2.) Remove noodles form package & gently seperate.
3.) In a Lrg skillet or wok over High heat, heat 2 tbsp sesame oil.
4.) Add carrot and onion, saute until almost brown. Reduce heat to Med. and add noodles. Stir-fry 3 to 4 mins. or until the noodles begin to stick to the pan. Add the reserve soy sauce miture and stir-fry for 1 to 2 mins. longer.
5.) Meanwhile, drian chicken breast & discard marinade. In a seprate skillet, heat 2 tbsp of sesae oil. Saute the chicken 3 to 4 mints per side or until just cooked through. Cut cooked breast into julienned strips.
6.) Diide the noodles evenly among 4 bowls & fan the chciken over the top. Garnish with sesame seed & green onions.
