Ingredients
- 3 Tb. soy sauce
- 1 Tb. water
- 1 Tb. + 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. sherry extract
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 1/4 lb. peeled, deveined shrimp

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except shrimp, in a shallow bowl. Add shrimp and marinate in the refrigerator for several hours, turning shrimp occasionally. Preheat broiler. Remove shrimp from marinade and place on a broiler pan. Broil 3" from heat for 5 minutes. Turn and broil 4-5 minutes until shrimp is just done. Heat marinade and serve with shrimp.
