Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
- pinch dried red pepper flakes
- 1/2 bay leaf
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 ounces small fresh shrimp, shelled
- pinch coarse sea salt

Step 1
1.Heat up olive oil in a small skillet, add the garlic, red pepper flakes, and bay leaf. Heat over medium-high until the garlic is sizzling and pale golden.
2. Add the shrimp and cook while stirring, about 2 minutes.
3. Season with coarse sea salt.
Tip: This easy tapas recipe calls for chopped garlic. Simply use a knife to finely chop garlic and do not use food processor as much as possible as it gets garlic to taste a little more bitter than usual.
