Ingredients

2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
3 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Stir dry ingredients together.
Make hole; add beaten liquid ingredients all at once.
Stir only until blended.
Put 1/4 cup in each muffin cup.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
