- 2 eggs
- 6 tbs oil
- 3/4 C warm water
- 4 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 C bread flour - rounded
- 1 packet (2 1/4 oz) active yeast

Step 1
Put in bread machine in order listed and set to dough
When done, shape into challah by splitting dough into 3 logs and braiding
Let sit under a kitchen towel for 30 mins to 1 hour to let rise
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Beat one egg and add a bit of water, mix together. Brush dough with egg mixture.
Put in oven for 30 minutes.
