Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2-2 cups pecans (roast pecans on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes)
- 1 cup Bitter sweet chocolate chips (Girardelli 60% is the best)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Beat eggs then add syrup and sugar, mix well. While stirring slowly add melted butter, then stir in the vanilla, lastly stir in pecans and chocolate chips. Pour into pie crust and bake for 55 minutes.
