Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillet
  • Olive Oil
  • Brown Sugar
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Shake
  • Traeger Salmon Shake
  • When this is all mixed it becomes a thick paste. I spread it with a fork to get it on the salmon. I put it on both sides of fish and sprinkled more shaker seasoning on top as it set on the grill.

Step 1

PREPARATION
Brush salmon with a mixture of the wet and dry ingredients. Start your Traeger on smoke with lid open for 5 minutes to get started. Place salmon on grill and smoke for 3 hours. Remove from grill and enjoy.
Easy on the spices. Too salty. May want to do minimum spice and allow smoke to do the tasting. Better if you let sit over night, reheat and have on dry crackers. Excellent with cucumber salad.
