Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 10 ounces baby lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 T. Italian salad dressing (or your favorite)
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t. chili powder
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. cumin
- 1/2 t. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet, brown the meat, season with salt and pepper to taste, and set aside to cool.
Now,to a large salad bowl, add the lettuce. In a smaller bowl, add the tomatoes, dressing, and all the seasonings. Toss well to mix, Add the tomato mixture to the meat and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients to the salad bowl, including the meat mixture, and toss well.
