  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 lb fish fillets

Step 1

In shallow bowl, combine cheese, flour, paprika, salt and pepper. In separate bowl, whisk egg with milk. Dip fillets into egg mixture, letting excess drip off; dip into cheese mixture. Bake on greased baking sheet in 450F oven for 6-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
