Ingredients
- 1-Lb. Lean ground beef.
- 3/4-cup frozen corn, defrosted.
- 3/4-cup prepared barbecue sauce.
- 1/2-cup sliced green onions.
- 1-lg. (12") Italian bread shell or
- prepared pizza crust.
- 1 1/2-cups (6-oz.) shredded Co-Jack
- Cheese.

Preparation
Step 1
1.-Heat oven to 425 degrees. In large
non-stick skillet, brown ground beef over
medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until no
longer pink, stirring occasionally. Pour off drippings.
2.-Stir corn, barbecue sauce, green
onions and, if desired, teaspoon salt into beef; heat thoroughly.
3.-Place bread shell on baking sheet.
Spoon beef mixture over top; sprinkle
with cheese. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted; cut into 8
wedges.
