Ingredients
- 14 large Eggs
- Salt and Pepper
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese -- diced small
- 3 tablespoons Butter or Margarine

Step 1
Lightly beat together eggs, & salt and pepper.
Add cream cheese.
In a large pre-heated skilled, scramble on medium heat slowly in butter until creamy and set.
These eggs "hold" well (but not indefinitely) over hot water.
Good for potluck brunch.
