  • 10 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 TB oil
  • 1 Tb flour
  • 1 TB onion soup mix
  • 1 C soy milk

Preparation

Step 1

Sautee onions and mushrooms in oil until limp

Add flour, and onion soup mix and stir.

Add soy milk until sauce comes to a boil.
