Ingredients

  • 1 bag Pamela's Gluten Free Bread Mix
  • Yeast pkt enclosed
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (plus for the pan and sprinkling on top
  • Add your favorite toppings: salt, green onions, Italian seasonings, olives, cheese etc.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine yeast, sugar and 1/4 warm water. Let foam for 5 min. Add oil, remaining water and bread mix. Mix for 3 minutes. Put in a pan greased with oil. Sprinkle oil on top of bread and allow to rise for 1 hour. Add any additional toppings. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until brown.
