Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef, chicken, or turkey. Cook and drain
- Add: 1 can ro-tel tomatoes
- 1 can stewed tomatoes (Mexican style)
- 1 can chili (no bean kind)
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 1 carton of sour cream
- 1 lb velveeta cheese (can use Mexican style)
