Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1-15 oz.can tomato saue
  • 12 oz. (3 cups) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarello cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 chianti
  • Italian bread, cut into bite size pieces

Step 1

Brown beef, drain. Stir in sauce mix & tomato sauce. Add cheese gradually, stir over low heat. Blend together cornstarch & wine. Add to cheese mixture. Cook & stir. Transfer to fondue pot.

Serve with Italian bread.
