Ingredients

    cloves garlic, minced

    stalks celery, diced

    oz mushrooms, sliced

    c broth

    carrots, sliced

  • 1

    zucchini, diced

  • 3

    c cabbage roughly chopped about ½ a head

  • ½

    medium cauliflower chopped, fresh or froz.

  • 1

    c green beans chopped, fresh or froz.

  • 1

    can tomatoes, diced --15 oz

  • 3

    bay leaves

  • 2

    T vinegar

  • Spices:

  • Creole:

  • 2

    t basil, 1 t oregano, 1 T paprika, 1 t black pepper, ¼ t cayenne pepper, ½ t thyme

  • Italian:

  • 2

    t parsley, 2 t basil, 1 t oregano, ½ t thyme, ½ t sage, ½ t black pepper

  • Garden Herbs: 2 T chopped thyme, ¼ c fresh chopped parsley, ½ c fresh chopped basil

Directions

Boil all ingredients together.
