Blonde Brownies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1-1/2 cup flour
• 2 t baking powder
• 1 t salt
• 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
In a saucepan, melt the butter. Remove from heat, add the brown sugar and stir till smooth. Stir in the eggs. Stir in the flour, baking powder and salt. Add vanilla. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes.
