Ingredients
- 2 lbs of Ground Beef
- 1 Cup of Fresh Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup of Milk
- 1/4 Cup of Minced Onion
- 2 Eggs slightly beaten
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 1/4 tsp of Pepper
Details
Servings 5
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients.
Shape into 1" balls.
Place close together on cookie sheet.
Bake in pre-heated 375 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Note: Good for Freezing in Plastic bag
Allow 4 to 6 meatballs per person
