- 1 beef rump roast or a pork roast 1 package of onion soup mix 1 can jellied cranberry sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Place the roast into the crockpot. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the roast.
Spoon the jellied cranberry sauce over the roast.
Put the lid on and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours.
When done, mix two to three tablespoons of flour with melted butter to make a past and whisk into the hot sauce to thicken the gravy.
