Ingredients
- 750 g (1 1/2 lb) medium red potatoes,unpeeled
- and cut into chunks
- 30 ml(2tbsp)Becel Buttery Taste margarine
- 2 cloves garlic,chopped
- 50 ml (1/4cup)skim milk
- 30 ml( 2 tbsp)finely chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
In medium saucepan,add potatoes and cover with water.Bring to a boil over high heat.Reduceheat to low and simmer 20 mins.or until potatoes
are very tender,drain.In same saucepan,melt Becel Buttery Taste margarine over medium heat and cook garlic,stirring ,1 minute or
until fragrant.Return potatoes to saucepan;mash. Stir in remaining
ingredients.
