Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup coffee-flavored liqueur
- 1 egg
- 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips (2 cups)

Preparation
Step 1
1 Heat oven to 350°. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
2 In large bowl, beat cake mix, oil, liqueur and egg with electric mixer, or mix with spoon. Fold in white chips. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
3 Bake 12 minutes or until edges are set. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
Expert Tips:
Change up flavor of these cookies by using another liqueur of your choice.
To ensure cookies don’t overbake on bottom, run cookie sheet under cool water in between batches.
