Cinnamon Bundt Cake from Yocheved G.

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup oil
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 Tbs vanilla sugar
• 1 1/2 cup flour(add last)
• 1/4 cup ground almonds(can be 1/2 cup too)
• 1/8 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• confec. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Spray Bundt pan. Mix eggs through flour,with the flour last. Mix separately nuts,sugar and cinn. Fill pan with 1/2 of the batter,ad nut mix on top and then add rest of batter. Bake 50-60 min. Sprinkle confec. sugar when cool.
