Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts, cooked and cubed
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 Can (8 oz) Mushroom pieces and stems
- 1 Small jar Pimentos, chopped and drained
- 16 Ounces Sour Cream
- 12 Ounces Thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions
Combine soup, mushroom, pimentos and sour cream. Add chicken and then add cooked spaghetti. Pour into two 8 x 8 inch pans. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and then Parmesan cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes, uncovered.
This dish freezes beautifully before or after baking.
