Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 2 Cans Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 Can (8 oz) Mushroom pieces and stems
  • 1 Small jar Pimentos, chopped and drained
  • 16 Ounces Sour Cream
  • 12 Ounces Thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Combine soup, mushroom, pimentos and sour cream. Add chicken and then add cooked spaghetti. Pour into two 8 x 8 inch pans. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and then Parmesan cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes, uncovered.
This dish freezes beautifully before or after baking.
