Cheese Blintza Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 stick marg. melted in a 9x13 pan
• 1 1/2 cups sour cream
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 Tbs orange juice concentrate
• 2 pkg. frozen cheese or fruit blintzas

Preparation

Step 1

Set frozen blintzas in melted marg. Mix rest of ingred. and pour over blintzas. Sprinkle cinnamon.Bake at 350 for 45 covered.
