  • 2 bags (19 oz each) Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers® Value Size frozen roasted potatoes, broccoli & cheese sauce
  • 3/4 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese (3 oz)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (4 medium)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 400°F. Cook frozen vegetables as directed on bag. Spoon evenly into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
2. Top with cheese and bacon.
3. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until topping is light golden brown. Serve with sour cream and green onions.
