Ingredients
- 1 C Firm or Silken Tofu
- 1 Small Glove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Good Mustard
- 2 tsp Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 C Olive Oil

Step 1
Put all ingredients except oil in Vita mixer for a few seconds. Without turning off blender slowly pour in oil. Immediatly put in a container. Keep in refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
